Star Joya 30 Days Return Policy

We strive to provide a wonderful customer experience every time you shop with us.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have received a damaged product, you can return the product unused, in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Terms of Return:

Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Refunds and replacement are subject to inspection and checking by Shine Jewel team.
• We do not refund if you change your mind, however we can arrange a replacement or exchange.
• Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
• Product should be accompanied with original product certificate and original copy of invoice for all returns/exchange/money back.
• In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the old product before dispatch.

Note: Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
